Inspiring Leadership

Organizational Leadership

Organizational growth relies upon a healthy work culture, meaningfully engaged employees, and a clearly aligned vision that incorporates individuals as a whole - building off strengths, innovation, and diversity, with empowered energy, to move forward as a collective.

The foundations of leadership development are in realizing one must pour into self and develop personally to ignite and inspire others. The real challenge is in growing enough as an individual to both understand  and balance the role of the organizational collective. Leadership is not effective if the mindset is one of managing, directing, or telling people what to do. A successful leader is one who is able to inspire the collective to move toward the next level goal, encouraging individual growth within the collective to rise up the hive mind, and at the same time growing towards their own dreams.

Leadership Development begins with YOU.

My mission in life is to rise up others to be their best, to positively impact our world. Each organization's mission serves as the foundation to engage the collective, to understand the "I" and to know the "We". Each member has strengths and skill sets that, when efficiently utilized within the whole, bring meaningful work for all.

Leadership is not acquired through promotion, though many find themselves in leadership roles by promotion. There are skills to learn. There are strategies to build. There are next-level mindsets to create. Leaders cannot get there on their own. Leadership requires a team effort to learn, cultivate, and create. It also requires an internal process for each team member. This internal process also requires a team effort to learn, cultivate, and create.

What is your Organization's mission? Does everyone working within know this mission and believe in it?

Do you know your employees/volunteers? What is their dream?
